Insanity Workout Max:30 Day 1
Days ago I saw this video, and I watched it. I don't know how it made me motivate to exercise again.
I was curious what videos did she watch in order to achieve her goal.
And I saw this:

I was amazed on other reviews given since all of them says that "it's really difficult, yet, it achieves weight loss in a healthy way". So I said that I wanted to try.
Background about me:
I'm 20 years old female college student who is always in front of computer, and sitting for hours everyday. Yes, I am not active at sports, or exercise at all. I weight 49kg with a height of 5'1 however I want to make myself more fit and healthy, and so I wanted to try this workout if this will be going to work out.
Do I do some kind of a diet? I have no literally idea how to undergo diet since my parents are the one who are planning what I should eat. I don't eat much rice.
In the morning, I eat oatmeal: just add hot water and that's it, then
by lunch I eat something with a meat, it's just a small slice, with vegetables.
and by dinner I eat fish, less rice but more vegetables.
So when I started my Day 1, it goes like this...
Day 1
I started my day by eating oatmeal only, by 10AM, I began doing my first day of Insane Insanity Workout!
I wasn't synchronized with the video at that time,
at 4 minutes I got tired already on my legs but I kept on going.
However at 15 minutes, I got tired on all of my body and by 22 I wanted to give up.
After this workout, I felt weak on everything, I can't even type.
And also I felt very hungry, I went down and eat however, it didn't satisfy my needs, I felt very light-headed, like I was going to collapse, so what I did was I ate candies. I think I got low blood sugar.
By the end of the day, I feel like I'm unable to move, but I'm not light-headed anymore. I think you should warn guys that you might feel like this if you aren't carefully know what you're doing like me.
But yea, I want to try more. I want to be the besstt!!
